Melissa Harm

Melissa Harm joined our team in August 2020 as a Client Service Specialist. She came to us with a strong background in marketing, a client-focused mindset, and an energy you are likely to find contagious. Melissa works primarily in coordinating our client communications and in helping new clients navigate the early stages of our planning services.  

Melissa studied at St. Thomas Aquinas College and holds a B.S. in Marketing with a Minor in International Business, as well as an MBA. She worked 15 years in the Hospitality and Tourism Industry where she has a wealth of experience in Strategic Partnership Marketing.  Melissa continues to educate herself and in 2023 she received a Certificate of Completion to become a Ramsey Solutions Master Financial Coach.  

Personal Background: Melissa currently resides in Stony Point with her husband and three daughters. She is passionate about volunteering in all aspects of her daughter’s lives – from school, to church, to travel sports! She has recently completed two NYC Marathons and has a passion for running. She also loves to travel with her family, some of her favorite destinations being Bora Bora, Ireland, Hawaii, and Antigua!
