Madison joined the team at Emerald Retirement in November 2024 as a Client Service Associate, working remotely from Arkansas. Madison graduated from Arkansas State University where she studied accounting and agricultural business. Throughout her time in the profession, she’s gained valuable experience in client support, honing a detail-oriented approach and a passion for supporting advisors as they help clients navigate their financial planning needs.
In her current position, Madison works closely with Matthew and Kate to prepare meeting documents, financial plans, and other essential materials to ensure a smooth and efficient planning process for clients. She also assists in preparing for prospect meetings, ensuring each interaction is well-organized and informative.
Personal Background: Originally from Arkansas, Madison spent a few years living in Florida, where she developed a love for sailing. Now back in Arkansas, she enjoys trying new recipes, gardening, exploring local bookstores, and volunteering with church and local service groups. Madison and her husband, Kolby, are proud new parents who enjoy spending time outdoors, camping with family, and traveling to new areas.
